Double Feature, Del Mar, CA

CRQH got home from a great Double Feature show in Del Mar, CA Sunday evening. We had a wonderful show with many successes and improvements! The weather was amazing and we all had a blast!

Angela Marshall and her new gelding, Heza Macs All Star, really came together as a team this show! They are learning how to communicate with each other and had a couple great Novice Amateur Trail goes! Angela and Alvin have a bright future ahead of them. Keep an eye out for this team at the Novice West Championships in the Showmanship, Horsemanship, and Trail!

Brian and Angela Moore showed their horses Coolest Jacky and Smokin Sensational in the Select Amateur Trail. Brian and Tommy had strong placings both days! Angela and Abby had some great personal achievements in their partnership! Carolyn showed both Tommy and Abby in the Senior Trail with nice rides on each and strong placings on Abby!

Liana Caroccio and An Everlasting Touch had a great show with wins in the Novice Youth Western Riding, and Youth Equitation and Showmanship taking home a beautiful belt buckle for being circuit champs in the Showmanship! Liana and Everett are such a strong team and it is always wonderful to coach them. Carolyn and Everett won the Green Western Riding as well! Watch for Liana and Everett in the Novice Youth Western Riding at the Novice Championships!

Jaleesa Caroccio and her new partner, A Flashy Invitation, worked really hard this show to improve their partnership and it paid off. Jaleesa and Charlie Brown had wins in the Novice Youth Equitation and Youth Equitation as well as a circuit championship in the Novice Youth Hunter Under Saddle! Watch For Jaleesa and Charlie Brown at the Novice Championships in the Novice Youth Equitation, Horsemanship, and Hunter Under Saddle.

Parris and Carolyn Rice with Hez Pretty Extreme had a stellar show! Carolyn and Bert had wins in the Green and Junior Trail, and Junior Western Riding with strong placings in the Green Western Riding! This was Bert’s first show to show in the Western Riding and he went in like he had done it a million times before! Not only was he a circuit champ in the Junior Western Riding but he and Carolyn are qualified for the World Show in the Level 2! Parris and Bert had wins in the Amateur Showmanship, Horsemanship, Equitation, and Trail with circuit championships in the Showmanship and Horsemanship! Bert gets better and better each show he goes to!
